Your wedding day is a joyful once-in-a-lifetime day that's going to be filled with too many laughs, tears, and memories to count. Planning the day you've been anticipating your whole life is all very exciting but can also be overwhelming, I totally understand.
From the beginning I carefully curate each element of your experience to ensure that you have a joyful, stress free, and well organized experience without sacrificing quality. After all, being a wedding photographer reaches far beyond taking your portraits. Ultimately it's about providing an exceptional experience and creating lasting relationships.
As a wedding photographer, I live for the little details that bring moments to life. Whether it's styling your engagement session, fine tuning a gallery, or curating a timeline, I have a deep appreciation for organization and honed eye for all the details. I want to get to know you, laugh with you, cheer you on, and maybe even tear up during your special day because of the pure beauty of love and Iife. There is nothing more profound than capturing one of the most important days in the life of a couple.

All wedding collections include an engagement session, timeline tailored to your wedding day, pre-wedding meeting, option to choose from 8 hours - unlimited coverage on your wedding day, professional second photographer, online gallery of high resolution digital files edited in my signature style, and a print release.
Because one size fits all doesn't fit everybody-I can also curate a collection for your wedding day if you opt for a more intimate wedding day. Each couple is different and I want to create a wedding collection that is as one of kind as you are!

How exciting, you have a wedding photographer and I'm thrilled to be apart of your wedding day! Now it's time to schedule your engagement session. Please schedule this 6-8 weeks in advance.

Throughout the planning process you will receive helpful information to help your wedding day go as smooth as possible for all things photography related. We can also plan a consultation to share details that are important to you, create a timeline if you do not have a wedding planner and any special needs for your wedding day.

Your wedding day was incredible and I cannot wait to share the beautiful images with you. I love to share previews with you within 72 hours of the wedding day. Be on the lookout on Kaitlin St. Cyr Photography instagram and facebook page. 6-8 weeks following your wedding you will receive your wedding gallery. Upon viewing your gallery, this is the perfect time to order heirloom images and albums.

WHAT PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE COUPLES?
Hire a wedding planner! Wedding planners offer a wide variety of services, from day of coverage to full planning. Trust the people who have been in the industry, they will be able to plan and prepare for any scenario that arises on your wedding day. One tip, hiring a venue coordinator for day of coverage is not the same as hiring a planner.
WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND A BRIDAL SESSION?
Bridal sessions are far more important than photographing beautiful portraits of you in your dress. They give the opportunity to make any adjustments to your make up, hair, and floral bouquet so on your wedding day you already know the desired look. Lastly, bridal sessions provide the opportunity to display all of your beauty and fashion selections coming together.
WHAT IF WE ALREADY HAD ENGAGEMENT PICTURES DONE?
I believe an engagement session is a pivotal part of the time we spend together. Engagement sessions are really the best way to get to know each other, and for you both to get comfortable in front of the camera. The session cannot be exchanged for any other sessions or monetary value. It Not only does it allow time for you to get comfortable in front of the camera but you can become familiar with how I pose and guide my couples throughout the wedding day.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO WHEN OUR GALLERY IS FINISHED?
First and foremost save your images to a safe place. All wedding galleries are delivered via online gallery but you can never save your images to enough places. Order a photo album and printing your images are both great ways to cherish the finer details, joyous celebrations, frame worthy portraits, and all of the moments in between!
CAN YOU HOLD OUR WEDDING DATE?
Unfortunately, I cannot hold your wedding date without a signed contract and retainer. All contracts expire in 48 hours!

WHAT CAMERA GEAR DO YOU HAVE?
The most important part about camera gear is not what you have but knowing how to work the gear you have. With that being said I have three Canon bodies: two Canon R6 and one- 1dx. I have several lenses that I use during wedding days including a RF 50 mm f/1.2L 24-70 f/2.8, 24-105 f/4, and a 70-200 f/2.8. My additional camera equipment is flashes and other lighting accessories.
HOW DO YOU BACK UP OUR PHOTOS?
Accidents happen but I do everything possible to ensure that I safely upload and store your images in separate locations. I back up photographs to 3 different places. The first back up is as I'm taking the pictures I shoot with 2 memory cards, Next, the second back up is an external hard drive and the last back up is another external hard drive. Once your gallery has been edited, I will upload your images to my website. I also don't format memory cards until I have delivered your wedding gallery.
WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND THAT I PRINT THROUGH YOU?
I have thoughtfully chosen professional labs from around The United States to fulfill my print orders. Not only is the quality outstanding but the color variations are excellent as well. Yes, I love to offer prints and other products for my clients to purchase. Prints, canvases, albums, USB's and announcements are some of the products that can be purchased. A must have after your wedding day is a linen photo album customized to your liking!
